Westover Crossing Summer Reminders

1. Barbecue grills must be stored on rear patio or deck.

2. No flower beds lining the walkways or parking pads.

3. No vegetable gardens.

4. Buy new tennis shoes and get out on the courts on Yorktown North.

5. All outdoor play equipment must be temporary, freely movable and stored indoors at the end of the play day.

6. All bicycles, etc. must. be stored indoors at night fall.

7. Window air conditioners in dormer windows only. May 15 - Oct 15 only.

8. Go for a walk through the woods on Yorktown South.

9. No major engine repairs or other major vehicle repairs on property.

10. No parking on the sidewalk, yards, or common areas.

11. Do not place trash out before 6:00 PM the night before pick-up.

12. Clean up after your pets.

13. Go for a swim at the Westover Crossing Pool.
